Our Client Experience Specialist will update you on every milestone of your order, and we will always be available to address your questions and concerns as they arise.
We want to make sure your miners are up and running as quickly as possible. If they’re not, we can help facilitate communication between you and the appropriate party, depending on your hardware. If you purchased hardware through us that is still under warranty, we can help you through the RMA process, offering guidance on opening a ticket, looking out for updates, and communicating with the manufacturer. If your machines are not under warranty, we can help refer you to a repair site within our network.
For new equipment, we offer the manufacturer’s warranty. For used batches, they will either have the remaining manufacturer’s warranty, or, we can typically negotiate an amount of extra units to include for parts.
Our clients have been very happy with our ability to make sure their shipping arrives insured. We’re happy to discuss our company’s cargo policy and the policies that our partners provide.
Once we have secured your units with the vendor upon payment, we unfortunately cannot cancel or refund your order. If extenuating circumstances arise, we may be able to help you offload your miners by connecting you to someone interested in purchasing the units.
