Block Mining Group specializes in Bitcoin mining infrastructure and colocation services, and their co-founder Michael Stoltzner knows how unreliable the hardware marketplace can be. In 2019, Stoltzner began buying hardware from us at Cryptech, a trusted supplier in the mining industry. It quickly became clear that our two companies share a commitment to quality and reliability.
Over time, the relationship between Block Mining Group and Cryptech grew beyond just buying and selling hardware. In the fall of 2021, Block Mining Group purchased $5.5 million worth of S19s from Cryptech for their new site in Kentucky, a facility which opened in 2022. The transaction was smooth and efficient, thanks to the strong relationship we’ve fostered.
As Stoltzner notes, “We have developed a two-way relationship where now both companies buy and sell from each other. We’ve grown together.” The success of Block Mining Group is inextricably linked to the success of their partners, and Cryptech has played a critical role in their growth.
